DOE WINDExchange Publishes State of the Regions Report

This March, DOE's WINDExchange released the U.S. Department of Energy Regional Resource Centers Report: State of the Wind Industry in the Regions, which summarizes the status of, and drivers for, U.S. wind energy development on the regional and state levels.
